Step 1 - Download following file from your server and open it in your text editor :
Step 2 - At the bottom of your hooks.php file, add following Hook information :
* Note: If you have assigned lambda/anonymous function to $hook['display_override'], then 
* you may have to modify your code for having multiple hooks at the same hook location.

   'class'    => 'AdiInviter_Hook',
   'function' => 'execute_display_override',
   'filename' => 'AdiInviter_Hook.php',
   'filepath' => 'hooks',
if(!isset($hook) || !is_array($hook)) {
   $hook = array();
if(isset($hook['display_override']) && is_array($hook['display_override'])) {
   $hook['display_override'][] = $adiinviter_hook;
else {
   $hook['display_override'] = $adiinviter_hook;

Note - Please read the comments written in above code.

Step 3 - Save hooks.php file and upload it back to your server replacing the old one.
