• We do not provide any warranties on working of contacts importer services provided or supported by AdiInviter (Pro And Other) software.
• We do not allow services provided by us and AdiInviter (Pro And Other) Software usage under embedding into redistributable application (free or commercial).
• You can download contacts importer library updates for free as long as you have an active library update subscription. The major product releases are not available for free. While upgrading to Major Releases, customers with active library updates subscription as well as Unlimited license will receive flat 25% discount on an actual price of the product.
• We do not allow services provided by us and AdiInviter (Pro And Other) Software usage as the software to operate as an Application Service Provider (ASP) or service bureau in which one of the main goals is to import contacts or send invitations. (In other words, you are not allowed to use the library to operate as an application or service that provides the "Contacts Importing" or "Sending Invites" function as a web service to other clients/applications).

Upon violation of any of these Terms, we reserve the right to blacklist/suspend/block your license, access to this Website and AdiInviter (Pro and Other) software. We will proceed with the legal actions.
